Gwen Keister – Accounting Manager / Assistant Treasurer
Gwen is a graduate of Magruder High School ( Maryland ). She has been in the insurance industry since 2002. Gwen started as the bookkeeper at Craft insurance Group in 2002. She is a wife and mother of two active boys.

Leslie Banther – Accounting Assistant
Leslie is a graduate of T. Wingate Andrews High School.  She is currently attending High Point University. Leslie joined Craft Insurance Center in the fall of 2009 and comes to us with many years of accounting experience.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. She is a proud mother of three wonderful children.

Julie C. Taylor – Administrative Assistant
Julie Taylor is a native of Greensboro. She is a Page High School Graduate (1978). She attended East Carolina University. Julie was in the Healthcare/ Medical Administrative field since 1995. Julies is married with two stepchildren.

Samantha Yow –Receptionist
Samantha Yow is a graduate of Southwestern Randolph High School.  She joined Craft Insurance Center in the summer of 2009 and comes to us with three years of experience working in education as an administrative assistant.  She is continuing her education in business administration.  Samantha is a newlywed and hopes to have children in the distant future.
